I am a solo contributors for the product line and I report to my boss in Europe who is very respectful and understanding. They are always very willing to share experiences. I get along very well with them.
The challengesIT infastructure is not very robust. We depend a lot on people submitting report through excel or words. And usually very challenging reporting timeline. But this builds character in a person and helps push you to work more efficiently and makes sure that your are always a step ahead of the game.
