Best working experienceThe good thingsMy colleagues dismissed the fact that I was the youngest worker there and that being my first job. They guided me all the way and they made sure that working at iStudio was enjoyable despite the dreadful shifts considering the fact that I was working according to the airport shifts.
The challengesThe iPhones go out of stock very quickly and it is difficult to handle customers who have travelled so far just to purchase their iPhones but are let down because we did not have stocks for them. Besides that, I had to interact with customers who are not fluent in English and some who don't even speak English at all. Therefore, I had to slowly learn a little bit of Mandarin and Tamil.
