    Too many duplicate role, poor human resource and too much workplace politic
    The good thingsUsed to have many experience and good management leader before several retrenchment exercise in the past.
    The challengesBad hiring process (poor human resource leadership) bought in alot of inompetent managers where hiring is focusing on getting people who are obedient rather than fit the role and job scope.

    poor growth and low salary package
    The good thingsgood friends, work life balance (although not for all), less politics, starting salary is good, constant movements, many training programs and claimable benefits
    The challenges-growth in the company is poor unless you get "earmarked" -if you are good what you do, you will continue to stay in same position without growth or additional pay -pay growth is for existing employees can be less vs new hires -across the board bonus -there is culture of repeated work, redundancy, waste -retrenchment and reorganization happens from time to time.

    Tested multiple workloads forwarded by the web developers to our SQA team and logging down any found defects of the system.
    The good thingsThere is a balance between work and lifestyle. Your punctuality will be developed as our Daily Time Record (DTR) are being monitored by our team leader. The workloads given to us are distributed accordingly to the team, given an allotted time to complete the given task and must be submitted on time if it's necessary. Furthermore, all leaders are helping us to gain more knowledge about Software Quality Assurance. Our director abroad is conducting a conference meeting every once a week to know our weekly reports are issued well.
    The challengesAll questions are being addressed kindly and any detected issues of the workloads they are giving are detected right away by the Quality Analysts for a report so that it will be quickly fixed by the Web Developer's team. We all come together as one team and every leaders are doing their job's to complete all the task given in a particular period of time.
