The good thingsReally enjoyed working with the people here and I really learnt a lot from each of them. Though I am only a contract staff here, I was treated equally and respected by the team. It was a really nice experience here.
The challengesI don't have much challenges working here as the team was open to teach you when you asked or require assistance. :)

    Friendly working environment
The good thingsReporting officers and colleagues were supportive and helpful, working as a team throughout my time here. Team is approachable and easy to get along with. EMA has many staff welfare activities and they include the contract staff in them as well.
The challengesGive contract staff more recognition for the work that they do. Better compensation package and benefits should be negotiated with the employment agencies.
