    The challengesWorkers can get tired of doing the same work each day. They need stimulation and engagement in the form of connection. This lack of engagement and motivation is one of the biggest challenges in organizations. Required to motivate coworkers and make products.

    The good thingsThe most important thing in a job is the team you work with because that is most of your time you will spend on. I was very lucky to have a very good and reliable team during my work time. Friendly environment be it during the work and after the work. Most of the colleagues are more like friends to me. The year end bonus is also a very good thing to have and definitely 'enjoyable'
    The challengesHeadquarter shall pay more attention and welfare of the employee more.
