    The good thingsActually depending on your site team, if u have a fun and supporting site team, the job and work will be meaningful, fun and fulfilling. The safety procedure and system in place is awesome at HQ level but....when it is pass over to site....site do not follow 100%
    The challengesOne of the challenges I find working with the team here is that most team work in silo. More often than not, safety instruction and procedure is there...but did site implement or not is a different story

    The challengesStagnant job prospects. Doesnt matter if you perform well or poorly, your department's overall performance will dictate actual bonus. If you work on site, you're just an expendable headcount in the eyes of HQ.
