The best place to start and develop skills but not the best place to stay. The good thingsThe supervisors have a good direction on their end goal. They are on the right track to retain good employees. The welfare is excellent. Compensated with off days for the days that we are required to work over time. The support system is there. Your work will be recognized by supervisors.
The challengesNot all the experienced or senior staffs will be there to help or guide new staff. Self-starters or independent people are highly recommended in order to work here. Own initiative is highly required to fit in.
