    A good place to destress after previous stressful workplaces.
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues and managers. Great hybrid work-life balance except during crunch periods. Free snacks.
    The challengesLack of direction in between projects and events, and the work can get boring sometimes.

    Would not recommend for experienced hire
    The good thingsworking level colleagues are fantastic. Working culture is pleasant, colleagues are intelligent and helpful.
    The challengeswould recommend to join front line for better prospects i.e. promotions are faster than middle office. Generally pay for experienced hire is not good (comparing with private sector or even other government agencies) but if you're looking for something stable, SPRING Singapore is the right place for you.
