    The good thingsThe strength of the company's leadership is seen in​​​​ the Director and Managers running the show. The engineers and technicians represents the company in the daily operations.Salary is below expectation with piles of workload and pressure.
    The challengesThe career and growth opportunities here are limited because​​ everyone is too busy and there is lack in staff appraisal as well as training/coaching for all. Poor support and No sense of ownership in projects and installations upon handing over
