    Stay clear of this place
    The good thingsPantry is pretty big. Milo, coffee is provided.
    The challengesNo systems in place. Always feel like you are fire fighting. Bosses are demanding. When things go wrong, play the blame game instead of finding solutions.

    The good thingsGood colleagues to work with, but maybe all left the company by now. Spacious pantry to eat and hang out while company bonding/birthday parties
    The challengesBoss have short business foresight, wanted quick results but do not want to invest. Lacking of basic software such as MS Office. Poor company management, lacking of management communication. Management level did not communicate well with their own levels. High employees turnover rate, boss thinks that everyone is replaceable. Only treat you well when there is something benefit out of you.

    The good thingsNice and helpful colleagues, work is engaging and fulfilling, the boss can be harsh but is fair for the most part.
    The challengesThe lab could certainly use better equipment, and perhaps the boss could be more approachable at times.

    The good thingsCompany has lots of interesting services to learn from. Starting from Harvesting Spent Resource to Carbon neutral Electricity Retailing. Company has genuine and fun loving colleagues to work with.Company always interested to explore innovative ideas and brainstorming to convert waste to resource, and cost to revenue.
    The challengesKeeping up to the challenges from competition overseas and locally. Meeting KPIs and timelines are achievable. If I can manage it, so can you.

    The good thingsA team of fun and outgoing colleagues to work with and a culture that accepts innovative ideas and brainstorming to initiate change. Came with an open mind and team player mindset to this company and it's definitely worth it. I would highly recommend anyone who is driven to excel as a TEAM to come onboard.
    The challengesChallengers are what drives us to be better than we are yesterday. Meeting KPIs and timelines are achievable. If we can do it, so can you.
