    The good thingsCentralised office, good shopping area, and lots of nice food to eat.
    The challengesthere is no clear assignment of work, too little work to go around, everyone is working on the same role. very poor management as there is no visibility to what is expected of you. a lot of hidden agendas which is on a need to know basis. political for a small company.

    The good thingsfree and easy culture, come late leave early
    The challengeseverything do it yourself, don't expect help in anything. hire and fire, everything will become your fault when you cannot bill. It's a blame culture, since there is no guidance, training or help given. bad for new recruiters as there is no framework for career growth, worse for seasoned recruiters.
