All of their outlets are Premium Resellers and they carry a wide range of products to accompany their gadgets. Working environment is quite okay if you know the flow of managing a store. Daily operations is not tedious if you have a good team who is a team player and cooperate well with each other.
The challengesThe most challenging part of being in a management team of this company is when the higher management from the operations and the office colleagues (marketing, finance, buying team) have very weak or lack of communication, as a result, may affect the store operations with issues or problems which also affect the customer experiences in our stores in terms of promotions and initiatives.
