    Dynamic, Driven & Forward Thinking
    The good thingsHealthy working culture with interpersonal relations and workplace togetherness. Close mentorship and training given by department managers. Management is performance driven and always willing to listen. Enjoyed the freedom given to express ideas and grow autonomously.
    The challengesCompensation might not be the best in the market and there is no additional benefits when comparing to MNC/GLC. Oh wells, it's always a choice/trade-offs. Nothing's perfect.

    The challengesmobile duty once every two months from 6-11pm, alternate week weekend office duty , learning of various system functions may take some time , work on public holidays

    Exciting Career Growth
    The good thingsI came in with no knowledge about the industry but the all the colleagues and seniors were very helpful and coached me along the way. There is good teamwork built in the company and I have opportunities to work with different people from different departments.
    The challengesAt the start, learning process could be challenging. Don't be shy to ask along and the seniors will be guiding and provides information. On company side, can have more trainings so staffs have knowledge about outside market.

On the Job training to handle technician as well as customer related issues and concerns. Additional training provided for computer networking and related topics. Opportunities to practise communication skills. Faint-hearted or the weak-willed persons need not apply.
