    Very poor working environment, mice are sometimes seen running around. There is no space to rest, and the office is very congested with small cubicles and constant noisy conversations. It often felt like I wanted to run away. While some colleagues were nice, the HR and finance dept were unprofessional and did not know how to treat employees properly.
    The good thingsNo good things, some colleagues are nice.
    The challengesThe workload was heavy with very low pay. There is no sense of quality or standard. It’s better to stay away from this company.

    No career advancement and no work life balance.
    The good thingsLenient office culture and no strict dress code
    The challengesSalary ridiculously low for job done. Not many benefits provided by company. Operates as a family business thus there is many gray areas to consider. Absolutely no career advancement or progression opportunity. Can consider working here if you are new to the field and as a stepping stone. And lack of work life balance as required to do work and find information even on holidays and rest days.

    The good thingsEquation technology is like a Family. Specially the Boss taking care of all employees very friendly 👌.

    Good company culture & great opportunity to grow
    The good thingsThere is a good training programme here. All staff are given equal opportunities to upgrade themselves. Company acknowledges the hard work put in by the staff and rewards them well. This motivates the staff to work harder and most are long time employees.
