I've had the wonderful experience of working 1.5 years with ES Recruitment, all I could say is working with ES is one of the best experience I ever had, payroll was always on time if not earlier, and the agency treated me really well. It was really a pity that I had to leave, as the project I am serving came to an end, however the good memories and experience of working with ES will always stay with me. The challengesThe only challenge I face is the fact that the roles were mainly contractual as you'll be working with the clients.
For most parts if your performance is alright/acceptable/good, normally you'll be given a contract extension, or maybe even better, become a Perm staff with the client.
However if in situations whereby if the project you're serving is ending, and if there is no new plans, projects or offers for you.
Then you might find yourself in a situation whereby you'll have to seek for greener pastures, and this isn't even the agency's fault, that's just how things is.
