    Working place to live in.
The good thingsThe good things working in Esco are, flexibility of time, well compensated like free hotel accommodation for official business and training with food allowance, have the chance to work with the BOD and talk to them so words of wisdom are so mean and effective. Can work with different nationalities as Esco has more than 20 offices globally.
The challengesThe challenges are dealing with the CEO and COO, project based, anytime Esco will send you in remote offices but bringing some heavy luggage. But this will help you to be strong on any challenges that you may encounter( personal or business).

    Micro manage family business
The good thingsThe company exposed you to different roles and push your boundaries and comfortable zones. You can learn a lot if you are a fresh graduate and looking for an experiences. Decision making can be made rather fast as the organization is very flat.
The challengesThe bosses are micro managing anything that they can lay their hands on, quite amusing way how to treat employees which some may find it a bit offensive. They will save money in many ways in many areas which sometime you cannot imagine the rationale. Staying back late is considered as \"hard work\" even you have finished your job, because there are always new jobs or task coming in.
