    Horrible experience, worsen with the merger. Give this a miss if you can.
    The good thingsSome colleagues were fine. Many are not so collaborative however, cos the team spirit is just not there.
    The challengesNo ownership from people, no desire to want to improve, and management cares for themselves only, never care to develop or support their downlines professionally.

    The remuneration for the mgt staff and the non mgt staff are of great difference and not on par to market rate . Very little to no job advancement opportunities .
    The good thingsThere are some coworkers in the company that we enjoy working with .
    The challengesToo many hierarchy within the company which makes one difficult to support all levels of people and too many bosses to answer to . No clear define of segregation of duties and reporting superior .

    The good thingsEmployer are willing to listen to your problem and solve it together or advise you. They encourage people to progress in their work, in terms of giving you chance to challenge yourself with new totally job scope. They also do charity by giving items for the people in need and support them with the right services.
