    The good thingsThis company develop and allow talent to advance. As it is an MNC, it gives me a chance to work with people from different countries and cultures. It is a great company that value and treat employees well. Due to the fact that it is one of the top Cosmetics company in the world, the advancement in product innovation, marketing sharpness, consumer insight, talent development is areas that make it one of the company to work for.
    The challengesAs the company expand and advances, there are too many processes and thus lead to a delay in reacting to market requirements, especially for smaller size market like singapore. Being a public listed company, profits and growth is expected, thus the high expectation. However singapore growth rate has slowed down as compare to other developing countries in the region.
