If you like to entertain others without any dignity, safe sailing. Otherwise good luck to you.
The good thingsSome of the colleagues are supportive
The challengesThe overall package is too far from those in CBD, not worthy and hardly ever matching to one's effort and devotion. There is minimal recognition of hard work and diligence, but only scolding and shaming after any difficulty happens. Management cover themselves and maybe each other, not their team member. Bad culture.

The most toxic company I've been working in.
The good thingsThere are extended leaves such as child care leave or so
The challenges1.Unprofessional management that stays in the org for decades, so they are resistant to external variations or uncertainties. There mgmt style is very traditional and limited. 2.Unrespective to staff's mind and feelings. The culture of blaming and drama. 3.Heavy workload. 4.No proper handover after sudden high turnover in human.

    Manage Your Expectations
The good things- Great colleagues to work with - Workload is in general manageable, pace is pretty slow depending on your department. - You'll get opportunities to work with the management level, they're generally easy to communicate with.
The challenges- Typical SME environment - Tons of last minutes changes and very tight budget and limited opportunities to launch large-scale projects - Not much career progression & focus on developing their employees
