The best 10 years of my life!
The good thingsEtihad Airways opened in 2003 with only 30 cabin crew from mixed nationalitiesi. Since than it has grown into one of the most successful airlines. They pay us well and also took care of our accommodation. They started of with temporary stay in hotels, than to housing us in older buildings which have been revamped and than to newly build condominiums with complete facilities. Working with crew from all over the world, is also a wonderful experience. We work together as a team and we saw how Etihad has grown to be on par as all other successful airlines. They also offer opportunities for cabin crew to grow within the company, which is one of a good quality of this airline. Thank you Etihad Airways for the memories and wonderful years.
The challengesWorking in Middle East weather is a challenge of course. During the early days, there was alot of teething problems with our salary scale, rosters and company benefits, However, as they grew, everything fell into place, hence making Etihad Airways one of the best in the industry!

The challengessupplying materials without any delay is most import when you are working with MRO and make sure that all demands engineers made is available and unserviceable parts removed from aircraft sending to the particular shop for repairing should be done timely manner sometime customer needs those parts(repaired parts) back to fit in other aircraft with immediate effect. all the challenges they raise we done smoothly.

I want to be an aircraft mechanic someday
The good thingschallenging role because I'm working with wide body aircraft. With A380 and B787. With only three porters ng one tractor driver. Challenging right. Actually the company give the courage to work hard to challenge the king of work they have. The company has made a big name in the company industry
The challengessystem wise. If they could do something on the schedule and system. They will achieve a good airline. And make a lot of profit from the aviation business. Having a more flight with a lot of manpower and good system will give the company a good result. They also listen to the employee so that they will know the importance of people work on them.
