    Horrendous experience.
The good thingsThe layout of the playground.
The challengesThe school was using Window XP desktops that run really slowly when I’m was there and expected us to churn out student reports using them The remuneration package was subpar as compared to many international schools. The management didn’t appreciate staff’ efforts. HR team could be more truthful in explaining the clauses in contract. When questioned about some mistakes, HR personnel just said “I forgot to inform you!”

The good thingsWonderful opportunities to network with other preschool teachers from the other international branches and gain a wider, positive perspectives on supporting young children's learning.
The challengesGetting to know the different expectations of parents and balancing these expectations with the children's needs. Definitely important to have a two way open communication with all parents in ensuring their awareness to what is happening in school.m
