    Great for entry level or fresh grads
    The good thingsColleagues are not that bad, there is 4 coffeehouses that are 10 minutes walk away.
    The challengesHard to get into the company as there was no company bus thus when it's raining, it can be difficult to go work. Upper management of the company isn't great. May need to work late during the Fridays of the peak period.

    Good place to start a career, not so good if looking to stay long
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues who will help each other when in need. Good boss who is understanding.
    The challengesPretty rundown lab with not so up-to-date equipment (albeit it's slowly bringing in new equipments). Company direction is not clear. Staff welfare are not that good either.

    Meaningful experience as a Intern (Polytechnic)
    The good thingsI got the chance to learn many skills and put the lab skills that I learned from my modules in Polytechnic. People are generally nice too PS: Do take note that I worked for Mechem 6 yrs ago (before Eurofin took over the company) and the info that I am providing now could be outdated by then.
    The challengesThe lab looked relatively rundown and have limited space. PS: Do take note that I worked for Mechem 6 yrs ago (before Eurofin took over the company) and the info that I am providing now could be outdated by then. -> Maybe Eurofin might have revamped the lab after the takeover.
