    The good things- Company has may policies that provide employees a healthy working environment - Company has great benefits such as home transportation, heavily subsidized medical benefits (please do not constantly compare, be realistic with expectations) - Company has an open culture, believing in open discussions which promotes critical thinking - Company provides a lot of CAREER GROWTH with it
    The challenges- The only challenge is that you will be working in an extremely hazardous environment - Due to the nature of the work, a lot of safety precaution has to be taken such as the (PPEs which equates to uncomfortable during work) - A lot of manual work (if you are in the wrong unit) - Some of the management are not really qualified in terms of technical knowledge - Shift work *if applicable
