Fantastic colleagues but poor working environment.The good thingsWithin the department, staff have a good bond as we tend to take care of each other. Very little office politics. Sales staff are given uniform to wear. We get to go for incentive trip yearly and have performance bonus.
The challengesBoss is micromanaging and autocratic, sets fines for mistakes made by sales staff and has a blame culture. Different departments have little coordination with one another and basically to have high income, you generally have to work very long hours. Low employee benefits such as only 7 days leave for a start. Paperwork heavy as it is a traditional company.
