Hierarchical management style. Profit and goal driven. Trapped, suffocating, oppressed, demoralising at this point in time
The good thingsNothing I can think of at this moment
The challengesNo career growth and development. Experienced person might not be able to learn as much as they would like in the job since you are forced to do the Corporate way without any reasoning and will not be able to deviate from it a single bit as they locked the access for any change. Hence, learning curve here is pretty restrictive and oppressing. Job insecurity due to management change and focus on making the price competitive which equals to layoff. Depending on the team you are in, you might encounter unpleasant colleagues who do not have any team spirit. Unclear direction, hence constant change. However, it is not a practice here to communicate the change to the people at the bottom. People at the top might seem progressive but it is just a false image they are protraying

Overall good place to work and learn
The good thingsCulture expect you to self-motivate due to globalized organization structure. Freedom to plan and getting things done is good side effect.
The challengesSomewhat ambiguous KPI. Benefits come and go causing confusion and causing dissatisfaction.

The good thingsLight working environment, conducive place for working. People are good and friendly. \"Open Door\" policy and good feedback system helps bridge the gap between operators and managers. Small company size on the plant (in terms of area and number of workers) allows cross-functional cooperation and sharing of knowledge.
The challengesCompany modernization is still underway, many manual process needs to be automated to speed up transactions and product manufacturing.
