Operationally ReadyThe good thingsInitially the company is people oriented with liberty to open up to speak. Reason I left was because the company became more profit-oriented that it slowly lack the human touch. However, as much as I would wanna admit, this company I actually miss it.
The challengesOdd hours of work. There's no such thing as weekends or public holidays which every security agencies is going through due to the demand and requirement of the job. One has to be prepared for last minute changes and to take up a role as security officer for 12hrs which does not end just like that, at the same time, got to oversee the following shifts for the site as well as other sites under him.
