A patient and cooperative Managing Agent to Client. Rely alot on the Manager to boost the morale of its Execs, Officers, Technicians and Term Contractors as Client is very demanding.
The good thingsAssoc Director saves for the Company. Enables the Manager to initiate cost-containment measures, have regular Toolbox meetings, manage the staff with the management styles best suit these strategic partners.
The challengesVery challenging. Left to the Manager to initiate various approaches to handle issues on the ground especially with the Client. The site Team and Term contractors accept well my management approach to handle their performance, and Client's expectations.
