    Challenging but overall stable employment
    The good thingsThe staff here are polite and you get to interact with people who come to work from abroad and at different levels. My business unit team have been very supportive of me being here. Being an MNC, employer has established a thorough and standardized guideline on employee performance assessment, remuneration, ensuring fair work practices and benefits.
    The challengesIncreasing demands from clients and being tight on manpower (for my unit in particular) and dealing with restructuring of business procedures due to recent business acquisition is a stressful combination to deal with. Company could do better to be aware of and respond to the telltale signs of strain on employees.

    The good thingsA fast track to learn. Has to be prepared to work very hard to achieve results. The challenges pushes one with determination to strive for better result by working really hard. At the end when you walk out of here, you earn the knowledge.
    The challengesThe time consumed by almost all staff is a lot. So has to be prepared to sacrifice lots of personal hours. People & time management by managers can be planned better. Career advancement path can also be planned better.
