    The good thingsThe best things about working here are the team, who are very passionate and hardworking in giving their all to satisfy the guests. The senior team members were very helpful in honing your skills development which is a very good thing for people like me who just started my career in the hospitality industry.
    The challengesThe workload and the problem of having a small team where manpower was needed the most, which resulted in most of the team members needed to cover each other shifts or even had to overtime work.

    PERSONAL COMMENT
    The good thingsColleague (rank & file) relationship is excellent, HR & Payroll colleague are very friendly. The location of the workplace is very convenient (near City Hall MRT), meal is provided with desert or fruit (but some of the day might not be good). There are various famous places with offer rate (eg. zoo, bird park, sentosa aquarium - at your own time).
    The challengesIf the management can stand at the rank & file area to view certain things (don't just think that their decision are always right). Be fair to all colleague, don't let the asst manager do whatever things as they like, and ignore the feeling of the elderly colleague. The problems will not be solved if the management continue to close their eye at all time.
