    Regret for staying too long. Don't expect fast career progression or stable/good increment. Good as stepping stone for those looking for more experience and expand portfolio. Best place for retirement if you in the managerial level.
    The good thingsBenefits and perks. Good place to enhance own development and experiences. I'm considering myself lucky to get a good team to guide and help me to where i am now. Wish u all the best and thanks for the support through all this years.
    The challengesSlow career advancement, worst increment encounter (single digit) in my life. Stuck in the middle of two different managers and their way to achieve things as i need serve both and fulfill my obligations to the company, customers and partners.

    The good thingsSalary and benefits are alright. Nice office and welfare.
    The challengesBe prepared for Flying papers. If they don’t agree with your work, they will tear the paper and it’ll be strewn all over (or in your face). Unreasonably demanding management with little to no work etiquette.

    The good thingsRecruiter would explain clearly over the phone and tell candidate the ins and outs of the job responsibilities.
    The challengesFrankly speaking which jobs are not challenging these days ? New beginner are not given a chance to demonstrate themselves and no proper guidance at all.

    The challengesConformance aspect is big issue. Employee with high code of ethics will constantly face ethical and professional dilemma. Reason due to poor recruitment and hiring process. Many critical issues are blocked from owners' knowledge by middle management.

    The challengesFEO makes moves, which is why the company is so successful. Don't expect to drink coffee and wait for a cheque. They make you earn it. It's fair deal.

    The good thingsGood benefits like ABCD program, staffs are entitled for free holidays every 3 years. Medical benefits include staffs immediate family. FEO also generous in giving nice tokens for family day and Easter day.
    The challengesAfter FEO Far East Organization undergone clustering exercise, staffs are overloaded with jobs assigned as many have resigned due to stress level and frequent work late culture. Staffs have to do multi tasking and never ending clearing backogs.
