    The challengesHigh stress level, especially as a Manager, as you are expected to be the leader leading your team, the recruiting and admin Manager too. Would be helpful if the administrative work can be eliminated for the frontline Managers.

    The good thingsworkers are not encourage to rush while work as high accuracy is a key requirement on our job. Management executives are caring towards staff upon approached, giving advices, encouragement and also rendered helps when it comes to personal within their means.
    The challengesOvertime jobs less due to low revenues, Company need to clinch more business by keeping herself more Competitive in Pricing and Quality. Without doubts, Quality Assurance is Fedex ( No.1 ) in the grobe. Pricing is not competitive compares to the others in relevant trades.
