The good thingsGood coworkers - friendly and helpful. Cheerful environment and work wasn't difficult.
The challengesI worked part time on weekday afternoons. The arrangement wasn't a good fit as I could not attend overnight company retreats which were deemed compulsory for team building. Would have stayed in company if the time commitment was restricted to weekday afternoons as agreed.

Well equipped to effect life transformation
The good thingsEmployer is able to harness staff's strengths and build up on their weak areas. The management takes the views of staff seriously. Periodical supervisions were put in place to ensure the work is supported, environment is safe and enjoyable and working relationship is strengthened.
The challengesChange in management and more regular supervisions to help both sides to better understand, appreciate and support each other. Information gathered from fellow staff should be used to work with the staff to improve outcomes.
