    The good thingsFor people who are not looking for any further advancement No need to be IT savvy No KPI stress
    The challengesNo SOP, people with the same job can have different way of doing thing, making whole operation very messy and difficult to work on. No proper HR, you are not protected and management can have double standard and favoritism in the team. They can fault you with their own standard and deduce your pay
