The good thingsWe have a very good culture here that encourages work - life balance. I also believe that the salary is just right for tenured associates. They have ensured that the everyone is happy and we do have an open door policy. At the same time, our system is highly dependable and we seldom experience difficulty. IT management are quite competent. You also have the option to transfer departments.
The challengesWe had a bit of a challenge with one of our HR specialist but that has been addressed already. What I feel that needs to be brought up is that the \"one-day\" hiring process is not implemented.
