    The good thingsGreat people, good facilities, Safe environment. Firmenich prides itself on the word \"family\" and it feels like one.
    The challengesMorale can get low at times due to work stress, Getting things done can be tricky as communication between departments can get a bit strained at times

    The challengesVery flat organization- the Philippine office employs about 20 employees only, and my main issue is really no growth in my current position, unless a higher position is vacated, which seldom happens

    Good company, unstable leadership
    The good thingsThe salary is competitive. They also have annual increase base on individual & company performance. They have extra benefits like medical & dental allowance. There is also a chance to get quarterly bonus, depending on company performance.
    The challengesThe current leadership in Asia is not very good. They have a tendency to move around people without proper review of roles & capabilities causing low morale to people. This is also the only company I have encountered that demotes people especially if you are not in good terms with the current leadership.
