Enriching InternshipThe good thingsAs an HR & Admin intern at Firstcom Engineering, I was been offered the opportunity to explore departments beyond the HR position. I was fortunate to be able to assist in the ISO internal auditing, finance department and work on a new business plan for the company. It is definitely an eye-opening experience and a totally worthwhile summer break for me.
The company culture was great as we encouraged and supported each other in the area of needs and promoted the culture of coaching each other. Colleagues are easy to get along and the working environment is conducive.
Really thankful for my mentor for the guidance and the support she has provided. She has provided me with great insights into the industry and valuable lessons. Company does not restrict my creativity and provide a great degree of flexibility to my job scope.
Despite only a short 3 months of internship with Firstcom Engineering, I have achieved a greater height in term of soft skill and hard skill. Would recommend this internship who those are keen to learn and gain experience!
