Annual Leave - No additional leave despite working here for 6 years as long as you are not promoted. All admin staff are only entitled 15 days of leave. No bringing forward for more than 5 days to the following year and we have to clear it by Mar every year. No family sick leave and 13th month. Variable Bonus pro-rated if we go on Maternity leave, was not informed.
