    Worst experience.
    The good thingsSome benefits are good like canteen.
    The challengesOne of the worst experience of my life, Totally rude people. Poor Management. Working in this stress environment can cause depression at 2, Changi south lane plant. Senior shouting & yelling at junior and humiliate new comer. Working long hours , no proper guidance or help from colleagues or manager. Left on your own to suffer.

    The challengesBig company with rojak management with high turnover rate. Must able to withstand long standing at work. I would say autocratic foreign superiors who insist workers to follow instructions, even if they are silly ones.
