    Overall a great place to learn new things and for career advancement
    The good thingsFong Lee has been a valuable asset to our engineering team during the review period. Their contributions have significantly impacted our projects and to be honest is quite fast paced. -Team Collaboration -Adapbility

    I wouldn’t wish for my enemies to work here
    The good thingsLike what other reviewers mention, there really isn’t any good things working for them.
    The challengesI believe that the management is in denial of the current state of the business. They know that there is a problem, but it seems like they are not interested in solving the root cause.

    Think twice before joining
    The good thingsCan’t think of any really
    The challengesExtreme high turnover, you probably have to take on 2 or more peoples work, not too sure if the bosses know this is a problem. Working environment is very bad. Benefits? You get 30mins for lunch strictly, so you can imagine the type of “benefits” they provide.

    Not a good place to work at
    The good thingsColleagues are not too bad
    The challenges- Very controlling environment with little trust - Certain managers can become quite rude and act unprofessionally, especially when things don’t go their way - Extremely poor benefits - family run business, all the benefits goes to them - lunch hours is short. (Only 30min) - No career advancement - only here to work and go home. Poor employee culture - turnover is very high - undervalued overworked - you get yelled at if you make mistakes

    The good thingsFriendly colleague. Nothing much other than that
    The challenges- Work processes is very dated - As this is a family run business, certain “employees” have special treatment such as coming late and leaving early etc - Management lack communication and transparency. You are only here to work, there’s no sense of ownership - poor employee benefits. - strictly 30mins for lunch

    Not the most ideal job to have
    The good things- received free surgical masks during covid-19 - Enjoyed half day off during New Year Eve - Had the chance to take 4 days of annual leave before christmas as the company was closed
    The challenges- Harsh environments (Have to ask permission before turning on the fan in the shopfloor) - Management is unwilling to listen to employee feedback and makes unreasonable requests - Relatively short mealtimes of 1/2 hour for lunch and 10 mins for dinner
