Culture is great, Stability not so much
The good thingsEmployers are very nurturing Flat hierarchy Many opportunities for progression, cross-team projects are encouraged Coffee machine for opportunity to network and start your day right
The challengesCompany restructures very often and so while the opportunities are awesome, do not expect to stay for long or find stability here.

It's not as easy as you expect
The good thingsThe benefits provided are not bad. The job scope is simple.
The challengesPoor management, from upper mgt to lower mgt, which makes things hard. Neglect the workers, and full-timers except for managers. Too focused on hitting KPIs.

One of the top companies in Food industry across the global
The good thingslove my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission.
The challengesI dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements.

    Bad management from my experience
The good thingsBenefits are good. All everything else are good.
The challengesThe higher management always think about hitting their profit and KPI but never think and care about the workers. Maybe they should consider hiring more FT per shifts instead of PT/ADHOCS if they want to hit their targets. Work environment. The warehouses needs to be bigger for their items. More spacious and less hazards for workers to do work.

It has been a pleasure to work for this esteemed company, It has helped me grow up my career
The good thingsThe best thing was, we did not work just as colleagues, we were more then family, we helped each other and got each others back, which helped the whole team to progress and move forward and develop the whole company. I belive this was the best company i have worked for till now.
The challengesWorkforce motivation directly impacts the productivity of a company. If employees are lacking in motivation, chances are they are not doing their jobs effectively and, as such, the company is suffering. It is important to find ways to motivate your employees and this can be a challenge simply because everyone has different motivating factors. What works for one employee may not work for another. In order to surmount this challenge, managers and company owners need to find several different motivators that appeal to a wide variety of employees, such as monetary rewards, paid time off or even free food rewards..
