A good working environment with room for improvement in teamwork and collaboration.
The good thingsThe organisation provides a good working environment, with a comfortable atmosphere and supportive facilities that make day-to-day tasks easier to manage.
The challengesOne of the main challenges is the lack of teamwork and collaboration across departments. Communication gaps sometimes make it difficult to achieve goals efficiently, and more cooperation among colleagues would help improve overall performance.

Beautiful working environment and unique buildings!
The good thingsIts convenient location with easy accessible by public transport. it is surrounded by eateries and other shops. People are friendly and approachable. That's its strength in bringing the unique nationality for the country. it enhances lives by leading innovative development of competitive and recreational football.
The challengesThe employees are lack of training at time management, instead expected to complete their tasks within a time frame. Provide encouragement to its employees to change their working style by showing an example and create awareness that works need to be completed on time by providing time schedule and check list.

It is situated in the central district which is convenient and walking distance from Downtown line and East-West Line.
The good thingsStaff are well taken off. It is a well-known accomplishment. Providing staff its value with teamwork, inclusiveness, transparency, respect, innovation and passion. These enhance community harmony and evoke life. It has great mission and vision that help the country obtain the spirit of football games in national culture and neighboring countries, ASEAN.
The challengesTo balance its revenue and expenditure and come out with a surplus! However, there are support funding where it has to manage costs over run and justify any amount exceeded budget with valid reasons. Need to provide more training to its employees in order to achieve its underlying objective. Also to educate all senior staff on the awareness of wise spending in according to budget!

expect tougher days ahead, stay away for sanity sake
The good thingsthere are many old people here compared with the ratio of young people. Old people are good with maintaining relationship so workflow is slower.
The challengesfinance just change to new system and their month end closing is late by 2-3 months, this is the new norm, after all they have funny management with funny rules

    Terrible and poorly run Management
The good things- Great colleagues from the Executive level - Monthly staff engagement activities organized by the Rec Club - Free tickets to soccer matches - Live press conferences - Passionate colleagues who love the sports
The challenges- Processes not fully put in place, resulting in obstructions and delays in daily work. - Challenging Management who changes decisions every here and then, causing disruptions to completion of work and ended up rushing to complete it. - Poor quality of the management. e.g. No leadership as well as EQ management. - Non-competitive salary package, you might even get offered something lower than your last drawn salary. - Negative aspects of career advancement. You can have a broad top with a narrow bottom structure. e.g. 4 Managers vs 2 Executives.

A fast paced working environment; needs people to be on theirs toes often.
The good thingsFootball is Singapore's no. 1 National sport that has galvanized the since independence.
The challengesNeed a fast reaction time. At times like a fire-fighter. Certain departments may require late night hours till 10 - 11pm.

    Singapore Football
The good thingsGreat experience - learning to work under immense pressure. not for the faint-hearted. You are at the heart beat of Singapore football. Get to see your favourite local players and work local coaches. Free Pass to S.League matches (if that excites you). We have a awesome 5-year Strategic Plan.
The challengesShort turn around time for delivery of work - at times knee jerk reaction thus you must be a fire fighter to survive here. If it sounds the same with other companies then probably its a Singapore culture thus one can survive in FAS. The organisation works with the least funding in the region and against established Asian footballing countries. Also, every cent is accountable so don't expect big salary here unless you are headhunted and you have to deliver. About the Strategic Plan the huge funding is required to implement the Annual Ops Plan and passionate and 'yes-man' individuals are required so if you are a family man with children - stay away for your sanity.

The good thingsInteracting with the football players. Learn how FAS coordinating the game across different areas like indoor games to overseas tournament & etc...Liasing with the superiors had given lot of knowledge about football games.
The challengesTo understand the player's need especially the foreigners & follow. When handling the higher level people such as Heads, Directors got to be more versatile & efficient.
