    good company to grow yourself
    The good thingsVery structured system and great team spirit, management has a clear strategy and makes it executable for all staff. The very encouraging and friendly working environment also, colleagues are taking care of each other.
    The challengesManagement always has high expectations for staff. Sometimes the workload is quite heavy especially during the month-end or year-end, but still manageable. need to improve mandarin as well.

    The good thingsGive a lot of opportunities to staffs to develop the skills and knowledge, probably due to very diversified business MNC environment, very friendly colleagues, working closely with colleagues from different countries is very interesting.

    The challengesToo many things to learn if you like, high expectation from management as HQ in Singapore. Need to communicate with colleagues from different countries, some culture difference, but all are quite nice in general.

    The good thingsMany opportunities to learn new things in terms of products, customers and markets Working with teams in different countries is quite fun No office politics, a good place for new comers like me
    The challengesNeed to really work hard to catch up the technical knowledge Sometimes it is a bit challenging during the busy period as need to travel a lot to different countries for technical support, exhibitions and customer visit as well.

    Definitely a place to work and enjoy
    The good thingsA good place to work if prefer for a dynamic environment. Management team is supportive and having a clear direction for business and short/long plan. Some of staffs are inefficient and non-productive, it is fortunate that the new management team has dealt with it promptly, it is definitely not a place to kill time.
    The challengesVery result oriented. As Singapore is the regional HQ, major business is at overseas, so a lot of travel for Business Development in this region. A bit challenge for work life balance, but still manageable if the job is interesting.

    Enjoy the work
    The good thingsNice colleagues, challenging work but really a good learning opportunity Manager takes care of staffs although the expectation is always high It is a quite enjoyable place to work.
    The challengesNeed to work OT during the month/year end closing, but still manageable. High expectation on staffs and good that training is provided.

    A great place for career development and exposure
    The good thingsManagement team is very ambitious in staff development. A lot of opportunities for staffs to develop their competency. As company business is very diversified, multi-task is basic requirement for all staffs. Investment in China, ASEAN and USA, thus a lot of international exposure for staffs who are involved in such projects. Overall, it is a great company for those who are keen for career advancement.
    The challengesBusiness is very diversified. Staffs in Singapore HQ need to get involved in different projects and liaise with colleagues from different countries. A bit challenging for new staffs when just joining the company.
