some goods are enough to make up for the challenges, but not forever....The good thingsManagers recognize staff who stand out and who are diligent. Environment is acceptable for most and the company is not calculative on issues like punctuality (reasonable) as long as employees are responsible enough and don't take the freedom given for granted.
The challengesParts of management needs to interact with employees more. It is generally difficult to foresee career progression within the company as there is very limited room for it. Various internal issues that cause difficulty to the job are often not addressed and happens again especially when it is caused by overseas counterparts.
