    A workplace teeming with vibrancy
The good thingsThe company may be large, but you can feel that sense of camaraderie you often find in a family.
The challengesThe only challenge I encountered was when we moved to a new house, and the office was far from home.

Its like working at the same time learning with your family
The good thingsI've learned to adapt in the the fast faced Industry., and the constant learning process that you can use as a daily basis, both personally and career advancement.
The challengesThe challenge is that you need to have an open mind in regards of your mistake because you always have a team that will look after your mistakes, you need to thing ahead, and always open for improvement.

The good thingsIf your account was pulled out they will find another account for you. Not that fast but you are sure they will find one for you. You have a lot of options in which account or line of business you want to choose from technology, sales or booked a hotel.
The challengesI only stayed their for months. I just based it on my stay. Health cards does not include dependents, allowance is not that enough.

    Great!
The good thingsI have worked in the company for almost two years. Needed to move out to a new one just because I need more to sustain my responsibilities and my dream. None the less, it was worth spending my time working in this company as it provided me one of the best experiences I could have in a company. From management down to its subordinates, and the support groups are found to be fair and fun.
    The challengesAverage compensation.

    Company Review
The good thingsThe culture, good working environment, and the employee engagement programs that the company provide are the good things that will always remind me on how to have a work life balance as an employee. I would also commend their very competitive benefits package and their flexible benefits that fits the needs of every employee. The different clubs depending on an employee's interest also helps.
The challengesThe work hours (shifting schedule and grave yard shift for Operations) are the challenges in this kind of industry. Although I would understand that the company has no control over these because of the need to service those outside the Philippines. I appreciate that they provide good health benefits to the employee to support their health needs and provide break rooms to employees as well

    Best Company for Career Development
The good thingsOne of the best companies in PH. Has lots of employee development programs as well as a good environment to nurture developing leaders. Has a number of locations to chose choose from and has a concrete mission and vision for that the company follows.
The challengesIntensity of work depends on the level of the employee. Usually, you will not be given work that is beyond your capability unless you are exceptional hehe.

    Sykes Asia Inc.
The good thingsDefined business processes are already in place. Employee benefits and compensation are properly defined and structured to ensure employees are compensated adequately.
The challengesStarting salary is low, less than 13k when it was way back 2005. Regardless of an employee's past experience as a customer service representative, compensation for CSRs are defaulted to their basic. Because of their defined compensation/benefits a prospective employee will have a ceiling of their salary depending on their previous job grade despite current salary of employee.

    A mid-range paying company
The good thingsOverall, the people i get to work with and the support group of sykes
The challengesCommunication with the different departments needs to have a streamline process as it affects the companies ability to effectively address employee concerns.
