A place where respect, kindness, and collaboration aren't just encouraged but lived daily.
    The challengesBeing productive and consistently meeting service standards is not always easy, especially in the luxury hospitality.

There is always an opportunity to grow.
    The good thingsThe benefits at Four Seasons are good, they take employee feedback seriously, and the team is very caring. It’s encouraging to work in an environment where staff well-being truly matters, and where support and respect are part of the culture.
    The challengesA main challenge is keeping standards high while also finding new ways to improve. Balancing daily consistency with innovation takes ongoing effort and teamwork (and the staff meal can be better)

Good working hours: Four Season hotel work schedule is very fair and reasonable it gives you the opportunity to have time to be spent with family and friends.

    The good thingsHad the opportunity to stay at one of its brand hotel in Bali as to experiencing its richness diverse hospitality treatment offered. A well design resort property villa with blend to its country culture and holistic approach. With time, the brands will continue to embrace technologies, changes in serving its customer and develops creative talents across the globe. Moving forward, digital age is on its way and Four Seasons wont going to miss it! .
    The challengesAs to keep its 5 stars values, its services and hospitality has to be on a high standard. Ones must maintain an open mind in developing good service and be able to act pro-active at all times. Be ready to think out of box in handling crisis management within oneself and the team. Willing to accept positive problem to turns it into reality. Example to have a large event response with minimum a space given.

    The good thingsYou will be train to be a good employee. Every month there is a training to gain more knowledge. They even away a good promotion.
    The challengesGood promotion. To enchance more knowledge through even each staff a training. A rotation from different area of the hotel. So that gaing more idea and knowledge through different fields.

    The good thingsThey take you in even without experience and give you the tools and guide you to be the best in the industry. The staff benefits are almost unmatched. The management team is as committed to providing the best care to their customers and the staff!
    The challengesThey maybe a just a littls slower to jump on the technology bandwagon. However, they may have their reasons for being so.
