    Excessive workload with unrealistic deadline, dread to be away from work (MC/AL), as totally no followups from those present, everyone is in their own world doing their personal stuffs (chatting on mobile / watching dramas)

    Lack of Communication & Transparency : Important decisions were often made without proper communication to the relevant teams, which created confusion and affected productivity. Unclear Career Progression : There was no clear pathway for growth or development, and feedback on performance was infrequent or not constructive. Workload & Expectations : The workload was often excessive with unrealistic deadlines, and support from management was limited. I am sharing this feedback not out of resentment, but in the hope that it may contribute to improvements for the remaining and future employees. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of the team, and I wish the company success moving forward.
