Lack of Communication & Transparency : Important decisions were often made without proper communication to the relevant teams, which created confusion and affected productivity.
Unclear Career Progression : There was no clear pathway for growth or development, and feedback on performance was infrequent or not constructive.
Workload & Expectations : The workload was often excessive with unrealistic deadlines, and support from management was limited.
I am sharing this feedback not out of resentment, but in the hope that it may contribute to improvements for the remaining and future employees.
