Develop your mental strength & enhance your skills to be better version of you.
The good thingsStaff benefits: Annual Leave 21 days, Medical & Unlimited Internal training. Good exposure. Overall people's relationships are good except for certain departments.
The challengesHonestly, work is not an issue but dealing with people to solve your tasks is the most crucial. Not sure if it's due to workload or stress issues, but they are not helpful at all. Some superiors might play favoritism & put u in the hot pits. You will survive if u play as puppets.

    Traditional manufacturing/production Company
The good thingsHelpful colleagues who will make an effort to brief you on the correct protocols and legacy of former colleagues and Company practices. Medical and Annual leave starts at 21 days for most job levels.
The challengesInternal equity is non-existent across most job levels. Executive level staff with a degree can draw a much lower salary than the admin and factory staff. Senior management rule with the mentality that employees owe the Company a living. The pay is peanuts at around the 50 percentile salary range in the same industry. The higher than national average medical and annual leave is to "compensate" for the low wages. Don't be fooled by their efforts to market themselves as a "FMCG" and "MNC" Company. They're neither.

6 years in F&N is really a great exposure and learning
The good thingsBeing in F&N for 6 years, I'm grateful that I was given the opportunity to expose to many categories to learn and launch new products. The work environment in F&N is good, people are generally friendly and helpful. Therefore, if anyone is considering joining them, do give it try. You will not regret it.
The challengesBeing in Manufacturing industry, I think its pretty common that timeline is very important especially when the timeline is very short. In this case, we have to really come out with acceptable prototype for tasting within a short period of time. I suppose with proper planning and support from other colleagues, things should be manageable.
