The challenges1. to improve in long working hour - Even clinic has cut short number of working day but have to work at least 12 hours and never know what time can back. There' some staff even work till 12am midnight! At leat more than 5 times
2. to improve working environment - Super duper fast pace environment and high expectation from boss make every one so tense when step in to clinic
3. to improve in training plan - insufficient training plan for new staff, only 1 - 2 weeks and you have to learn by your own.
4. to create teamwork - no internal team work and trust among team member
5. Management - to be fair and open when solve staff issue
6. Workload - over work and it resulted every one is so stress

8. Work life balance - Boss did not believe on this and every one have to reply his messages after work, even weekend and when you are on off day
