In my experience, my supervisor has allowed me to tackle projects on my own with her guidance whenever needed. Colleagues here are very passionate about their job and forgiving to honest mistakes. The office colleagues here are like one big family. You also get exposure to colleagues from different nationalities.
The challengesStreamline process and improve communication between centre in Singapore and OpCos. Location of the R&D centre isn't that great either, with limited food choices. Due to budgeting constraints, one can only travel abroad (for meetings or factory visits) when absolutely necessary.
