    Great company, good support from upper management
    The good thingsI had an excellent time working with Frigstad Offshore. The people were very friendly and helpful. Upper management were very supportive and listened to what we had to say. A very good work to life ration with full support
    The challengesNothing comes to mind. It was a temporary position so my only downside is I wished it was permanent, but that was never on the cards.

    Rig Safe Home Safe Culture
    The good thingsThe Best Safety Culture that I had compare to any other company that I work with. Frigstad deliver the best to our clients without compromising the safety and welfare of the all crew and personnel. Best motto - Rig Safe, Home Safe. Make sure that all personnel are doing their 100% when working on the Rig and a promise that all personnel will also go home to their families 100% - complete and happy
    The challengesCulture shock and working on a different environment. Travelling on and off the Rig is already a challenge. How much more working on the Rig itself. Has high Safety Standards but this is a challenge for everyone involve to set the bar high enough to achieve what has to be accomplished.
